1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Unless, you purchase a large bundle, than it may take up to 3-8 weeks. (depending on the order.)
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.)


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order directly via the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do offer international shipping.
  • If applicable: International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • LivsDoll is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to file a claim.
  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund Policy

**Because each item is handcrafted, we have a limited refund policy. Please read below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Handmade Item Policy – All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or minor variation from photos.


2. Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund an item if:

  • It arrives damaged
  • It is defective
  • You received the wrong item


To be eligible, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Retain all original packaging


If your claim is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if possible)
  • A refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit


3. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production or shipping has not yet started. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.


4. Return Shipping (if applicable)

If we approve a return:

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected
